Our shareholders, Jeff Whitley and AnnMarie Whitley, each have over twenty years of experience representing small businesses, large corporations, and individuals. Jeff's practice includes business formation, commercial transactions, estate planning, copyrights, trademarks, and technology licenses. Jeff is also a Certified Financial Planner professional. AnnMarie is a registered patent attorney with experience in patent litigation, domestic patent prosecution, international patent protection, and intellectual property licensing. Jeff and AnnMarie moved to Arizona in 1998 after starting their careers in Northern California and New York City.
