Jeff began his legal practice in 1995 in San Jose, California, where he litigated high-technology cases involving patent and trademark infringement. After relocation to Phoenix, Jeff practiced in some of the largest law firms in Arizona and worked as in-house counsel for companies large and small. Since 2005, Jeff's practice has focused on regional businesses and business owners. In 2009, Jeff achieved certification as a Certified Financial Planner professional to better serve his clients with a full range of legal needs related to wealth preservation and wealth transfer.

AnnMarie began her legal practice in 1995 splitting time between New York City and Palo Alto, California, where she litigated patent infringement cases in the medical device field and practiced at some of the oldest and largest intellectual property boutique law firms in the United States. Since moving to Arizona, AnnMarie has focused her practice on patent prosecution in a small firm setting to better assist small businesses and individual inventors. AnnMarie's mechanical engineering background and her experience working both in current product engineering at General Motors Corporation and as an operator on the assembly line for a large gas turbine engine manufacturer has given her an appreciation and understanding of issues facing today's inventors.
